If you deleted your eSIM by accident,You can try to select [Add Cellular Plan] in the 'Setting' ->‘Cellular’. Then scan the QR code attached again.

You can manage your eSIM usage by deleting unnecessary ones or temporarily disabling them through your device's settings.

To delete an eSIM:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Cellular or Mobile section.
3. Tap on the specific eSIM you want to remove.
4. Choose the option to Remove Mobile Data Plan.

When is it considered safe to remove eSIMs from your device?

1. **Inactive Data Package**: You can confidently remove eSIMs from your device when there is no longer an active data package associated with them. When you acquire an eSIM from Airalo, it includes a pre-activated data plan that can be verified in your account, either through the Airalo App or website. As long as an active data package is still present and not yet expired, it is advisable not to delete the corresponding eSIM from your device.

2. **No Further Use**: Certain eSIMs from RedteaGO are designed for single-use scenarios and cannot be recharged. Once you've utilized these eSIMs, it's appropriate to remove them from your device.

3. **No Longer Needed**: If you find yourself in possession of an eSIM that you no longer intend to use, you can safely remove it from your device.

4. **Same Country/Region**: When purchasing eSIMs from our store, each transaction results in a new eSIM being issued. To prevent confusion regarding which eSIM is currently active in your device, it is advisable to begin anew each time you install an eSIM.
